No matter how you identify, you have more than one identity. How you present to your employer is not the same as the person you present to your friends. Who you are with your family may be different than how you act alone. Identity and gender is a social construct. We become who we want to become around those who we are comfortable with.

The LGBTQI community is under attack for these same concepts – they are under attack for simply being humans and existing.

Humans love, struggle, cry, celebrate, and present how they want to present – to who they want to present to. The difference between hetero beings and the lgbtqi community? Those who identify differently or identify with being gay have a target on their back from weak men in office who are scared of their own sexuality.

The more they erase us, the more we represent us.
